Much A'DO About Nothing

It turned out a little shorter than I'd originally planned, but I'm okay with that for a few reasons: I'm not too uptight about stuff like haircuts, it'll grow, and it was worth it to have the full ten inches taken off to be able to donate it to Locks of Love.

This is how it was styled when I got home last night.

(My antique bowl is on top of the pile of junk on our fridge (so is my brother's shirt he left here). It originally belonged to one of my great grandmothers. It's easily my favorite bowl and I use it all the time for everything, especially picking my garden produce into!, making pie crusts in, and recently popcorn. I love that the bowl part of it is all dented and banged up from use.)

The following pictures are from today.

I painted my nails red to hide the garden dirt but it's been raining since I did it and now it's chipping off. I've come to the conclusion that that's worse than garden hands.

It's really hard taking pictures of the back of your own head.

I've always had the type of hair that never stays curled no matter what. Especially in humidity. But now when it's supposed to stay straight, guess what, it curls. Especially in humidity. Go figure.
(Honeybun asked me to make my hair long again today.)
